It has been about 6 months since my hypnotism and I still to this day use the techniques I learned with Paulette. I was sent home with a recording of my hypnosis session and I am able to listen to it whenever I need it. I listen at night to drift to sleep or during the day to take a break.
I was having pretty bad anxiety and I have noticed a significant improvement in my daily activities. Of course, this has been a work in progress, and I have had to make a momentous effort in changing some (what may seem to be innate) behaviors; however, my hypnotism with Paulette has been a vital piece of the puzzle.
Being hypnotized was by far one of the most relaxing, enjoyable, and carefree events ever. Hypnosis helps you achieve such a relaxed state of mind that is so peaceful and life changing. My family has noticed a change and let me tell you they really appreciate it!

Dear Paulette, I am writing to you to tell you how much I appreciated the private session that I attended on May 8th. I felt very comfortable during the session and immediately lighter post session (both physically and psychologically). You are so positive and easy to share with and trust.  I have listened to the recording nightly, and I am AMAZED that I have been quietly successful each day with moving toward my goals. So for two weeks I have had wonderful energy; I have actually eaten vegetables without a lot of effort and not binged on carbs; I have lost 5 lbs. I am participating in some type of exercise each day. My sleep is remarkably changed with only one mid night awakening for bathroom needs and then I am right back to sleep!  And lastly but wonderfully, I am writing again! Although you and I have had various sessions over the years since we have met, nothing for me has compared to the Signature Session I had with you last week. The card reading was so accurate and meaningful, and once you started with the Reiki and crystals I was in a state of relaxation like never before. It stayed with me, a feeling of calm and peace.
